Surendra Bhana

Surendra Bhana was formerly Professor of History at the University of Durban-Westville and visiting professor at the University of Kansas.

He is the author (with J.B. Brain) of Setting Down Roots: Indian Migrants in South Africa, 1860-1911 (1990) and editor (with B. Pachai) of The Documentary History of Indian South Africans (1984).
